They invite you for interviews even though they already chose someone else for the position. They don't ask any real questions (because they don't genuinely want you) and they reject you based on strange excuses. It is probably mandatory for them to hold fake interviews to hide the fact that they prefer internal candidates.
This happened to me twice in this company, and for a third interview they never called me back to share their decision. Poor recruitment, poor ethics and a lack of empathy for candidates.
