      Technical Recruiter Interview

      31 Jul 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Odesus in May 2013

      Interview

Just say you were a manager before you'll get the job, they won't care, look at linkedin. Let that speak for itself. Just say you are real good at picking up the phone. CEO Doesn't care it's just a payment on his car.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What are your biggest accomplishments? How do you work under pressure? Just act like you know what your doing? Just look at linkedin. The CEO does other business, and lies to you. It's all VMS.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Odesus (Los Angeles, CA)

      Interview

I was contracted by a recruiter who found me on LinkedIn. I had been working FT for a competitor at the time and I was not really looking for a new position but I was willing to listen to what the recruiter had to say about the opportunity and the company. I was not very happy at my current job and I agreed to have my resume submitted to the CEO of the company. That same day the CEO requested me for a face to face interview. The interview was scheduled a few days later to meet 1 on 1 with the CEO and President. The interview lasted about an hour and I felt good about all my answers to any questions that were asked. That same day, the offer was made.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Most of the questions asked were about my experience at my last job and what kind of positions and what clients I recruited for. He also asked about my personal life, hobbies, and what I like to do in my spare time.
