Interview
I was called in to meet with the SM and quickly asked to reapply for the Area Supervisor position given my previous years of experience. I completed the online multiple choice questionnaire which all associates have to do and from there, having successfully answered all questions, I was invited to meet with the DM for a one to one interview with him.

No specific questions spring to mind really, just generalized questions about previous customer service, supervisory experience, cash handling etc.

Was pretty easy, standard questions. It was over the phone. They called it a screening. We basically talked about past employment and then what the job entails. They said a lot of information.

I was basically asked if I knew how to operate a utility knife, cut boxes, and unload trucks. On top of that they asked if I had any issues with the schedule.
