Iâm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. We agree that we can do better for candidates who have spent a whole day with us. We have now instituted a policy of always calling the candidate to let them know of our decision.
Regarding our interview process, the coding exercise (performed in front of an actual computer, not a whiteboard) is heavily weighted towards quality instead of difficulty. The questions are designed so that candidates can knock them out of the park with great architecture, clean code and unit tests. We work very hard to create a positive interview process and your feedback will help us make it better. Thank you.
