First, a discussion with the company recruiter who will screen your resume. Then a 60min online aptitude test covering verbal, numerical, abstract, diagrammatic areas. On clearing the test, you will be called to their North Sydney office for a 1.5hr interview with the dev manager about culture and organization fit followed by a Java technical round where you will be asked to either code or explain some code behavior without executing the program. This round is about how well you work in a pair programming environment. Another 1.5hr f2f interview is scheduled for another day if you clear the first f2f round. Next, is javascript round where you will be presented with some 15-20 javascript questions to solve followed by another java technical round with more programs to be solved. You will be provided with a keyboard and mouse and the eclipse IDE projected on the screen.
