Phone interview for screening, aptitude tests, first interview with HR, second and final with Head of Engagement. They got back to me pretty immediately.
They are pretty casual, but don't misunderstand that for lack of knowledge or lack or proficiency. It can be very easy to forget that it is infact still an interview and not a casual phone call.

Business and market related questions, also a personality and situation based round of questions.
4 interviews via video . Very disorganized . many missed interviewed calls and the interview process was very easy but also disorganized. its all a learning process for everyone.. But overall i do understand this was a startup company for the USA and it all has its steps.
normal, nothing out of ordinary. Gd process followed by 2 interviews. they were looking for people who were confident and answer their questions without hesitations . be thorough with your CV and internships.
