The most awkward interview.
I got a phone call from their HR.Once I passed the initial screening I was scheduled for a phone interview with senior Manager. On the day of the interview I start getting phone messages from him that he is busy and I have to wait. He finally called after almost 3 hours.(red flag)
The guy had a super thick Indian accent that I had hard time understanding what is he talking about. On the top of that he put me on speaker so the struggle was real.
I could freely tell that that he didn't have much knowledge of the industry and some of the questions didn't even make sense to me. I couldn't wait to get off the phone.
I don't think they'll last long on the US Market.

It is very easy, based on your resume all the questions are asked and straight forward questions, interview is based on your previous experience, learnings and key takeaways from Previous company.

The rounds were mostly CV based. Be confident and smart. Show them intent to work. Ask your questions at end if you have any.
