I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at OYO (New Delhi) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interview was held on 11 Jan 2018 at their office in Saket, Delhi.
I was in touch with Princy Gupta (HR) regarding the same and was informed about the venue by her. Just 30 mins before the interview I was told to reach Mohali which is 250+ kms away. After much heated discussion I was allowed to interview at Delhi.
There were 3 rounds - 1 GD and 2 PIs. After the last PI, I was informed by Princy that I have been selected but I need to join urgently. So I agreed to it in principal but let them know that I would need the compensation break up and offer letter before I join.
They asked me for dozens of documents which I duly submitted but now there is no response from their side. This is highly unethical on part of Princy and the HR team at Oyo where the leave the applicant in the middle wondering whether he should move on or not.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at OYO (Pune) in Feb 2025
Interview
It is very easy, based on your resume all the questions are asked and straight forward questions, interview is based on your previous experience, learnings and key takeaways from Previous company.

I interviewed at OYO (London, England) in Jun 2024
Interview
HR based in India, very messy process. Put me off working for the company, if even the initial stages feels like an after thought, then it's a clear sign of what is to follow.
