It was a 4 steps process. The 1st was with an HR analyst, 2nd with the HR Manager, 3rd with the Delivery Manager and the last one with the Hiring Manager.

They asked about their personal experience with digital programs, Composable, Innovation, and Customer Data. Several questions about Risk and how to manage and communicate it.

The entire process since the first RH contact took about a month and was demanding preparation time. The whole process took around a month and a half for all 3 Steps interview: First: 30 min for HR Checking Second: 1h with the team to check your experience Final: 1h to present the Use case
