full day interview which was very fun and showed me a lot about the business. they showed me why marketing is effective and explained to me how i can grow in the company to be at the level other coworkers are at. everything is 0 seniority and 100% progression within.

Interview took 5 min as i was lied to me on the phone to get me through the door stating it was a marketing /managerial position when it really was door door sales . Then the interview was supposed to be at 10:30am and i was not seen until 11:15am . Shame on me for not walking out sooner as they obviously knew they were just double booking people to get people in the door. The office looks like a 2year old designed it the paint on the walls is uneven not professional, and the construction doesn't stop in the lobby as there is no furniture in the back where they bring you its like they are renting the room and they just started . steer clear of the place unless you want to waste your time and energy and money parking as there is no parking you will have to pay for parking . They almost made me late for my main job but at least i can try to save some other peoples time.

The first interview was a brief overview about the company and what I was seeking to gain. The second interview was longer and more in depth. They showed me around the office and explained and let me observe how they promote their campaigns.
