SMall company that is rebuilding...Not a fully structured HR....Very informal which is great for the interview however, worrisome ove rhow the company operates. Nice attitude from all employees which are either young and this is first gig or have been there with the original company which had to shut its does and therefore are very optimistic and willing to restart.
