OPENLANE Software Developer (C#.NET, Azure) interview questions

Interview process took a span of two weeks. First week involved Interview with HR recruiter followed by a coding assessment that takes far more time than they want you to spend on it. Expectation 60 - 90 min. Anyone trying to submit a detailed response will likely take 3+ hours. Second week was a scheduled gauntlet team interview with two separate team technical interviews followed by managers interview. I did not receive an offer, but I did receive feedback on my interview experience with the team. The biggest red flag was the following "Salary should not be discussed with the team but with the TA partner at KAR." I asked the team if anyone wanted to share their thoughts on current salary, benefits, cost of living, and raises. KAR seems to push a culture discouraging employees from discussing their salary's.
