I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at OEC Group (Houston, TX) in Sept 2023
Interview
Terrible lol. XD
You apply on Indeed, take an Excel assessment and then interview with the Hiring Managers. The Recruiter sends you a pdf application where you are required to put your high school education even though you have a higher degree.
The interview with the Hiring Managers was horrible. I did not get asked any questions that were relevant to me being able to do the actual job. There were three ladies including the recruiter in the Teams call. One lady refused to ask me any questions or explain anything even when her coworker ask if she would want to do that. I don't even know if she even looked at me as her head was down. I thought this was very rude but told me all I needed to know about them. Only one lady asked me questions but even then they were not good questions. They only tapped into my last role and ignored anything I said about other experience. No situational questions at all. These people don't know how to interview. No questions about what I can do in Excel or how I used it at work despite mentioning that as an important thing. Quite honestly even if I had been offered the position I would have declined because I would not want to work with what I saw that day.
We are very sorry to hear about your negative interview experience. Our Human Resources department takes this feedback seriously and will share with the hiring managers. We provide interview trainings because we understand the importance of the candidate experience and will use this feedback as an opportunity to help coach our management team.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
describe an stresful situation and steps to overcome this situation.
Two rounds of interviews. First was a phone call and was about 30 minutes, and the second interview was in person. Both were straightforward. They ask questions and emphasized asking questions back/having a conversation.
