Mixed thoughts on process and phone interview. Received an email about scheduling a phone interview after sending a follow up email on application. Did not receive call as scheduled. Call came late after sending a follow up. Could not hear interviewer because person did not always speak into the phone throughout interview. Had to ask several times to speak clearer.
