I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at O'Neills in Jun 2021
Interview
Asked to complete 2 sample video edit tasks prior to any discussion or even an interview invite.
1st edit on footage - shot + provided by O'Neills, 2nd task to be shot and edited myself. Both time consuming tasks.
Submitted quality work and after some encouraging back and forth with hiring personnel then got ghosted. No formal declination, let alone interview.
Company then reslisted job posting about 3 weeks later. Absolute waste of time and totally unprofessional conduct.

Series of questions about the industry and company. These were followed up by your own experience in a sales position. A fairly standard interview process. No pressure or anything untoward during the interview
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at O'Neills (Dublin, Dublin) in Jun 2017
Interview
Applied through Indeed, got an email 2 months later inviting for an interview. It took place on at the head office building. The interviewers were two people, one from the HR department and other from the graphic design department. It was nice, more like a chat, we talked about my experiences, why to work for O'neills, etc.
