I interviewed with CRM/ Marketing Manager interview role. The process was well-structured, and communication was clear throughout. However, after not receiving an offer, I was given feedback that I should have physically visited their properties to better understand them. Expecting an applicant to visit multiple locations before even being offered a job seems unrealistic, especially when plenty of information is available online. While I appreciate the transparency in their process, this expectation felt impractical and unnecessary.
