Interview
First interview: 1 hour conversation with HR, and 2 dept heads. Simple questions and some technical to evaluate knowledge.
Second interview: 3-4 hour in person meeting with two presentations. Really nice discussions and general atmosphere.

Q: why did you pick this company? how do you get along in a situation when you cannot meet the deadline with a client?
Directly contacted by HR to 1st round interview with HR representative and line manager. Second round interview (ca 2 hrs) consisted of a short presentation on a given subject and discussion with a panel of 7 employees (future colleagues).

Interview
Recruitment process was extremely slow, from submission of application to first interview 3 months passed. Of course during the pandemic one expects things to have been slower.
The biggest surprised was that although it had not been mentioned, previously the interview was with 3 people and not just the person I had been in contact with. Then another almost 3 months passed before I was told I had not been chosen.
