Nutbourne interview questions

I was offered a first round interview which was organised via a 3rd party agency. I completed this, then I was asked to come in for the second round interview. This involved carrying out a presentation to the company directors and a question and answer session. It was a very thorough and engaging process.

I went through an agency and got offered a phone interview with the manager which lasted 20 min. I was then offered a face interview with the manager and managing director. I do not remember exactly how that went but similar questions were asked. In the end I did not get any offer. Months later, I was contacted by the managing director on LinkedIn for a 2nd Line IT position and requested my CV? I was then ignored when I explained why my second job was a short contract. A year later, I was emailed by HR letting me know they found my cv on a job board and if I am possibly interested working for them (yeah right).
