The Whole Interview Process happened On-Site at Durham Office. The First Three Rounds were technical and the fourth round was with the manager There was an additional round where I got to speak with the VP ( Who also asked some technical Questions) The entire Interview happened within 4 hours ( With Lunch provided by the company). I had the opportunity to have lunch with the manager. Most of the technical questions were from the following areas 1) Operating Systems 2) Technologies specific to Nutanix 3) Code challenges ( White Board) - 3 Questions mainly checking Data Structure proficiency 4) Questions to test QE knowledge related to Nutanix technologies 5) Networking Questions 6) Storage and Distributed systems based questions

The Hiring process until the feedback was very well defined. They had 1 technical phone screen interview which was based on my back ground and simple coding question to reverse the words in a string . Then I was called for onsite. The first few interviewers asked questions which were beyond my background. They focussed on trouble shooting skills in Linux and other networking functionality . A couple of developers did interview me. Their questions were standard. The worst part was they didnt give me any feedback . Seeing the other reviewers for this company , it seems to be the standard practice for this company.
