I applied online. I interviewed at Nucleus Research
Interview
Long. I was there for more than four hours (not because it was fun or going well) and it was a round of meetings with the operations person, CEO, and the head analyst. There were questions about why I cared about technology and what I knew about the field. Basically just ask the CEO about his Ferrari, he loves to talk about himself. And don't tell them you like Apple products.
They make a lot of promises about how you will be a thought leader in the industry and help shape technology. But there is no research education, method or standards, that's why they don't ask any questions different research methods and writing techniques.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nucleus Research (Boston, MA) in Aug 2018
Interview
The interview process was fairly simple although the company is poorly run and managed from what I could tell from being there for three hours. I would never work for a company like this. I showed up for my interview 20 minutes early and didn't get to actually speak to the person I was supposed to interview with until over an hour after my appointment time. The company threw their new hires into the room to speak with me to bide time. Meanwhile, I could see the woman who was supposed to be interviewing me through her office window. Besides the unprofessional atmosphere I noticed some of the workers are rude to their coworkers and seemed to not enjoy being in the office at all. It is possible I interviewed on a bad day however I would never work here. Huge red flags.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Nucleus Research (Boston, MA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Phone interview with three people then in office face 2 face. Prepared myself for the interview by reading the Website of the company in advance and read about the product, services and research.
