After filling up the papers we waited to be called. The initial interview is by 5 applicants. It only took 5-10mins. We waited for the results on who wil be going to the second interview. For the 2nd, we were interviewed by the Director of Banquet. All the applicants who passed the initial formed two lines. The director would randomly call someone. Unfortunately I didn't pass the second interview
