First there was an HR interview, 2 days after with hiring manager, one more manager and senior team member (that was the second interview). Already next day there were two separate interviews with higher management. Interviews went really fast, I got the feedback that I am accepted already next working day. From then the weird part happened. I waited for the offer for more then +10 days and when I got it it turned out to be for lower position. Offer was below the local average (do your homework and check the salaries, there is space for negotiation) plus the position description was quite different from the senior role. After I declined via mail I got a call from hiring manager at 9-10 pm that day asking why I am refusing it and what do I mean with it. He didn't provide any explanation about the role offer and why they offered the lower one, also he was stating that the actual tasks for offered position are different then published (!), so the add which was public was completely wrong& misleading judging by that. In short, very shady experience. Ask as much as possible about the role/s and be cautious.
