Northstar Commercial Partners interview questions

Interviewed by the Property Accounting Controller and talked with the Property Accountants for several minutes. The whole process lasted about an hour. The company has been around for several years but of the four people I talked to - (I was told the entire Property Accounting team) - all have been with the company for less than one year. I think two had been with the company for 10 months and the other two had been with the company for less than 6 months. Property Management is important to their business so it makes one question why haven't any of them been there at least a year? I was told there was too much work to do and they didn't feel like they could ever be caught up with the workload. Looking at their website, it appears there many managers but very few actual employees to do the job functions needed.
