Hiring managers mostly just asked about my experience, how I approach certain problems, and how I would react to situations that they outlined. Two interviews conducted over a phone call and took about an hour each.

Questions mostly started by asking about experience listed on my resume, and branched from there.
Phone interview with recruiter to start the process after applying. There was a follow up phone call with the hiring manager, weeks later I went to do in person interviews with 2 manager, 2 senior engineers and 1 engineer (all 1-1)

I applied online. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Chandler, AZ) in Jan 2022
Interview
Apply online and then meet for in-person interview. 30 min with director and then a panel interview for an hour. In-person interview lasted about 60 minutes and the team was absolutely enjoyable. Easy to converse with them about previous experiences and opportunities they had available. Certainly was a conversation of respect and learning!
