I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Chandler, AZ) in Nov 2021
Interview
The interview was following a national convention where we were able to network with the industry. The interview itself did not include a technical challenge, however, technical topics were discussed. The interview was conducted virtually, and I felt I impress the interviewer by discussing a technical book in the background. The interview was followed by an offer shortly after and was allowed up to two weeks to accept it. There was drug testing and a requirement for the covid vaccine since this business is federally funded.
