Phone screen - 30min with manager. some technical questions about GD&T, previous experience, and job overview Interview - 3hr zoom with 3 different managers 1 hr each. behavioral questions using star format. very nice group. time for questions at end of each session

The interview was relaxed and straight forward. It was mainly questions about past experience and future goals. Please try to have constant contact with your recruiter as this probably also made a huge difference for me.
