Pretty simple and quick process. Had one phone interview where I was asked questions about OOP. The questions were pretty basic and nothing too difficult. The interview process was enjoyable.

Recruiter reached out and scheduled a phone interview with Hiring Mangers, General STAR Type questions with some basic flight dynamics and control theory questions sprinkled in. Also went through resume and discussed some of the experience.
