Three interviews
First was a 30 minute phone screening
Second was a one-on-one technical interview
Third was a five-on-one technical interview
The interviews increased in difficulty as they progressed and all were phone interviews

What is an ABD matrix?
One hour phone screen. Several STAR behavioral type questions. Then easy open ended technical questions. How do you verify good results from FEA software (hand calcs). Note this was for an internal transfer.

Interview
Video panel interview with three lead engineers. They asked STAR questions that would fulfill the values of the company, then some technical questions. At the end they had me ask questions about the position.

Interview
The interview as primarily concerned with questions on my previous experience and thought process. Both school projects and work experience was discussed. There was plenty of time to ask about the work that the position would entail, as well as the work environment and culture at Northrop Grumman.
