I applied online. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Oct 2020
Interview
I'm sure the office I interviewed at doesn't represent the organization as a whole but I basically drove 45 minutes to a more rural location to interview for a developer position and when I got there, I was never actually greeted or introduced by anyone. Kind of just silently thrown into a conference room and questioned. Interviewers weren't interested in establishing any kind of dialogue or getting to know me. Was a pretty unprofessional experience overall and seemed like a waste of time for both parties.

Question 1
A few technical questions that were tackily laminated within a binder.
I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Huntsville Park, AL)
Interview
Technical questions and behavioral questions (STAR formatting) with the normal what draws you to work for us. Microsoft Teams meeting with a panel to review answers. Took roughly 1 hour and it was a very straightforward and easily made process.
Formal, not too stressful. Ensures you understand the basics and thay you know what you're talking about as you may be getting interviewed by somebody that's technical at some point.
The interview process was fairly straightforward; I have applied in March 2026 and got an interview in April 2026. It was a video interview on Teams with two other team members, just under an hour.
