Great. Non-technical interview the interviewer was great and made me want to work for the company. The interviewer gave me a great description of the company mission and I could see the pride he had in representing the company

Initial recruiter call, then 4-5 person panel interview for 1 hour. The panelist was primarily behavioral and asked for experience with CS and leadership. Recruiter call was just verifying school information.

Mostly conversational interview process with strong emphasis on personality screening. This was conducted over a couple of phone calls, one with HR and one with an engineering manager. There was no technical interview whatsoever
