I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Washington, DC) in Feb 2019
Interview
It was a standard S.T.A.R. method interview to assess personality and situational behaviors. Also it consisted of three to five technical questions to assess basic knowledge and understanding of skills and abilities. It concluded with a Q&A portion to lighten the mood and learn more about the company.

Tell us about a time you were faced with a difficult task. What was it and how did you overcome it?
Very straightforward interview. Heavy on resume-based questions and a good amount of behavioral questions as well. About a 30 minute interview with a panel of three. Less technical than other defense companies
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Melbourne, FL)
Interview
Had my interview at a conference. Interviews was pretty much self explanatory. They didn’t ask any technical questions but asked a lot of situational questions. Interview was fairly short as they had to interview a lot more people after me.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Dec 2023
Interview
It was a super simple interview. The representative I spoke to was very friendly and it was not stressful at all. It was more just a casual conversation back and forth. It started by just discussing my resume and then different situations I have been in and projects I have worked on. It was not technical at all.
