I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Oct 2017
Interview
Interviewed through their annual college day event. The entire event was very informative and a lot of fun. It was a set of 2 interviews back to back; one technical and the other behavioral. There was also a problem solving portion to the interview where you were teamed up with other candidates and given a limited amount of time to solve a practical problem. Prior military with security clearance was a big advantage with a company like Northrop
Interview questions [4]

They contacted me for an in person interview and then asked me leet code style questions. After the interview I heard back from a recruiter who set up another phone call with me
I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Huntsville Park, AL)
Interview
Technical questions and behavioral questions (STAR formatting) with the normal what draws you to work for us. Microsoft Teams meeting with a panel to review answers. Took roughly 1 hour and it was a very straightforward and easily made process.
Formal, not too stressful. Ensures you understand the basics and thay you know what you're talking about as you may be getting interviewed by somebody that's technical at some point.
