I got the interview after applying online after talking to the recruiter at a career fair. He told me that he will flag my resume and shortly after two interviews were set up - one for Systems Engineering and the other for software. None of them had technical questions. They only asked behavorial questions. Haven't heard back yet.

They contacted me for an in person interview and then asked me leet code style questions. After the interview I heard back from a recruiter who set up another phone call with me

Interview
Technical questions and behavioral questions (STAR formatting) with the normal what draws you to work for us. Microsoft Teams meeting with a panel to review answers. Took roughly 1 hour and it was a very straightforward and easily made process.
Formal, not too stressful. Ensures you understand the basics and thay you know what you're talking about as you may be getting interviewed by somebody that's technical at some point.
