The interview involved a phone screening and one main interview round. This interview usually focuses on behavioral questions (STAR format) about teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and experiences on my resume as well as why Northrop is a good fit.

Interview was exactly 2 weeks after application date. 3 person panel through zoom. Questions were mainly meant to see if I would be a fit for the role. Provided great feedback to individual answers as well as at the end of the interview.
