I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Jul 2019
Interview
Got early phone screen from hr then email for interview a few weeks later. Interview was nerve racking at first but I had two very chill/calm interviewers. Not to many technical questions asked, I was a little technically over qualified compared to the application requirements.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Focus was on engineering projects outside the classroom. Essentially they wanted to see how involved I was beyond my studies and what specifically I did to contribute to an engineering application. Few behavorial questions but nothing out of the ordinary. I was thrown off a bit by one technical question but it wasn't anything crazy.

Interview
Very easy interview, be prepared to talk about interpersonal skills and a few projects you have done that relate to the position. I enjoyed how the interviewer focused on my strengths rather than harping on my weaknesses. Here are a few sample questions.
