I was called in immediately to interview for a Counter Manager position and it was decided I would be a good fit for Clinique.
I interviewed with HR and then interviewed over the phone with Clinique corporate and then a Clinique Executive and then the Cosmetics Department Manager

Interview
Asked a bunch of questions about flexibility in terms of scheduling, being able to work weekends and holidays, wanted to know things like how I dealt with conflict and working with different managers. Overall, pretty easy.
