Recruiter reached out to me and we set up a time for a phone interview that was pretty easy normal interview questions then I had an interview with the sales managers which went well and had one more interview with the regional general manager over the phone which was just getting to know you and basic interview questions.

Interview
Pretty straight forward process. HR phone screen, then 1 on 1 with the sales manager in the office of application (via zoom because of COVID), and then phone call with the district sales manager. Each interview between 30 minutes to an hour. Mainly behavioral based (they want to see a culture fit--motivated, energetic, etc) with a few situational questions (how would you handle/prioritize a problem)
