I was promoted from Junior positions. Not really an interview, only more work and additional hours without a sufficient pay rise to match. Nokia results are not good, so it is not clear when a pay rise might come.

The focus was for me to interact a lot with Customers to derive requirements. Many queries about handling many deliveries in parallel and communication internally as well.
