Nobody's Child interview questions

I had a quick phone call where they asked me just the very basics about me. Following that, they said they were going to get me in touch with the store manager for a proper interview. No one got in touch with me even if I tried to follow up with emails for a week, then they emailed saying I wasn’t successful, however the actual interview never happened.
