Noblis opens up their online application and accepts application through there. From that, they sort through the resumes and offer interviews for interesting applicants. Usually there will be 2 phone interviews with the employee overseeing your project
First round was phone interview. Second was with the team and then receieved a rejection. I think it was more of a fit thing, they try to make sure teams fit right.

Phone screen was the first step. Had questions about previous experience. The final interview was very conversational. Questions about resume and other experience in programming. Also about coursework in university.
