Interview
Initial phone screen followed by virtual interview with recruiter and hiring manager. Moving relatively quickly, virtual interview with a team member as well. The onsite interview included a presentation on recent projects which was different, but not a bad thing at all. The rest of the onsite was a slew of meetings with various leadership.

There were questions specifically from the founder about the technology- get ready to draw on a whiteboard, but they're very fair about this part.
HR interview was well organised and thought out۔ the guy was warm and friendly and asked relevant questions۔ but it was general discussion about past experience and its relevance with the position applied for۔

how do you see in the next five years how you are here for the interview
Two online interviews, one in person interview. No real questions pertaining to future job performance. Very informal and subjective. Could be better and use some improvement. The interviewers are very friendly though. Good people
