It was a walkin interview and the footfall was much more than they expected, hence HRs were panicked. They made us (around 60) candidates wait for more than 3 hours. After 3 hours 2 HRs, Nikhita & Pearl, came inside and started elimination rounds, where they eliminated more than 25 candidates based on qualification, experience etc. They shortlisted me and 25 others for the aptitude round. Due to their poor internet service and lack of laptops, they made us sit another 2 hours as they were allocating 5 students for the test. After 1 hour when I started to give my test, due to their poor internet service, the test was auto submitted and that too incomplete. HR told me to give the re-test, again the test got auto submitted. HR called me and 20 others the next day for aptitude test, that is on 12th August and told us to bring our own laptops. We gave our tests and after our tests, HR told us to leave and said she will email us the Personal rounds details. However since then we haven't received a single communication from their end. We call them daily, I even sent her emails and reminders but they are so careless that they did not even bother to revert. We literally wasted our 2 days behind them and got NOTHING! PROBABLY THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL APPROACH TAKEN BY A COMPANY. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! I was confident about my apti results as it was so easy but I don't know what went wrong they are just ignoring us for the reasons best known to them!
