I have an "interview" with a "professional" HR ? and this man looked so casual on wardrobe and unprepared for the interview that he has to look for the question before reading it to me.

The interviews don’t turn their cameras on in the Google meet interview and this happened to me TWICE. Highly unprofessional and I asked for feedback post 3rd interview but unfortunately got none.

Structured interview. Prepare to role play. Research how Nielsen does the raings and you will have no problem. Ask why should they hire you? How you handled a time that you did not agree with a policy at work. Your organizational skills. Your computer knowledge.
