Nicoya interview questions

I got selected for an online pre-screening 15 minute interview with the management. They seemed really friendly and the whole interview experience was pretty positive at that point. Except I got ghosted. I emailed them but no response.

Through and fair interview process. Transparent throughout with clear communication and feedback at every stage. There was no feedback given after the final stage, which was surprising considering the good communication throughout the process.
