I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at NiCE in Mar 2008
Interview
After a short call with hiring TL, a meeting in the company office was scheduled
I met with hiring TL (and co-TL) for about an hour in company office -
The atmosphere was friendly and pleasant, facilities were ok.
In the 1 hour meeting - The position was described to me, as well as a brief backgrouind about what the company does.
i was then asked to tell a bit about my self, and then was asked several technical questions - very basic and general.
After this short "interview" i was invited for a whole day at the office for a technical test -
i was given a workstation with access to the interent, and had a whole day to design and implement a solution according to written SW requirement.
During this day, i was able to meet the team - in my workstation and also at lunch time.
The hiring TL was available for questions during the day.
at the end of this day i met with the group manager and HR rep for 1 hour for a second interview.
