I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NextRoll (Dublin, Dublin) in Sept 2016
Interview
There was a half hour phone interview followed by a design test where I had to demonstrate my graphic design / flash skills. Based on those two I was put forward for interview on-site with people in the Dublin office and with people in their San Francisco office via video conference.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NextRoll (Tokyo) in Sept 2016
Interview
I got a offer for an casual interview from Linked in. First spoke with a recruiter and soon after got a email back for a 2nd round of interviews. 2nd round was supposed to be a skill test to see my communication skill in English. However, HQ(SF) need higher level of spoken English and judged me not eligible before the 2nd interview was held.
A recruiter was friendly, and the interview was standard and very comfortable.
Overall, good experience.
