Fairly organized although process could have been much organized.
If you want new employees(NEW GRADUATES OR FRESHERS) to pay you three lakh bugs and sign a three year agreement you should get +2 guys to and train them and put them to work instead of recruiting engineering grads

1)Moderate Aptitude test.
2)Fairly Tough Technical round(Asp.net or Java your choice).
3)HR round.
