I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at NexHealth in Apr 2026
Interview
I participated in the interview process for this role but ultimately decided to withdraw my application after the initial stages.
My interview began nearly 10 minutes after the scheduled start time without communication, which raised concerns about scheduling coordination and respect for candidates’ time.
Additionally, the process included an unpaid project component. The project felt less like an assessment of skills and more like onboarding/training with a component of work that could generate direct value for the company.

Interview
3 rounds. Last round is a demo call. People interviewing are very easy to talk to and nice. They are expanding fast so the interviewing process is quick, be prepared .
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at NexHealth (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2025
Interview
Relatively short process. I had a screening, then 1 interview with the Sales Manager. One follow up call with that same sales manager to prep for the mock discovery/demo(in person). Then an onsite "interview" but was more just 2 conversations with a current AE and the Payments team PM, and then the mock discovery/demo. They want you to push to close the deal at the end. I set imaginary "next steps" but don't think that's what they wanted. When the manager called to say they would not be extending an offer to me, he said it was because they were looking for this team to be highly transactional and fast moving, like see if they can get a one-call close type.
