I applied online and had a preliminary interview with the Head of Creative and HR, who were both lovely and very easy to talk to. After progressing past this stage, I was sent a brief and invited to attend an in-person interview at their offices in Bath.
The interview was with the Head of Creative, HR, and a Senior Graphic Designer. The process lasted around an hour and a half, during which we discussed both the brief I had completed and my portfolio in detail.
Overall, the entire process felt professional, well-structured, and friendly. I felt comfortable throughout and appreciated the time they took to review my work.
