Recruiter hat mich angeschrieben und versucht mich abzuwerben. Es gab mehrere Runden Vorstellungsgespräch. Es hieß ich wäre in der nächsten Runde, es wären nur gerade alle im Urlaub. Habe mehrfach immer wieder viele Wochen später mal nachgefragt, ob der Prozess noch weitergeht oder ob ich raus bin. Weiterhin nur Verzögerungstaktik. Bis heute weder Zu- noch Absage. Finde ich sehr unprofessionell. Wenn man Leute versucht abzuwerben, sollte man zumindest vernünftige Kommunikation im Recruitingprozess führen. Oder halt wenigstens Absagen.

kurze Schilderung des Lebenslaufes. Frage warum man neue Herausforderung will, warum man bei Netflix arbeiten will, was man von Netflix als Arbeitgeber erwartet.
Many interviews but all quite short around 30 min on VC, at least 5 interviews. No tests. You meet team members and other cross functional teams. Process took at least 3 -4 weeks.
It was a long interview process. Went through about 5 total rounds spanning 4 months. My recruiter was nice and encouraging through the process. Made it to the on campus interview which was comprised of 30 minute rounds with key members of the team. Overall very welcoming vibe.

Really smooth and clear, very speedy - they don't leave you waiting weeks for feedback and are really good communicators. Multiple stages with different team members, the environment seems really positive and they make you feel very welcome / comfortable but have an incredibly high standard (understandably).
